ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and fully licensed Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our sales & service team, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
Customer Service Excellence
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and claims.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and changes.
- Handle escalated service issues and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain and improve client retention rates through personalized service and proactive support.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and coverage.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and coach the office team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service best practices.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
- Collaborate with the Agent to set and track team performance goals.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
- 5+ years of sales and/or service experience in an insurance office, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office management and insurance systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
